FlukeTiS75 Makes Proactive Maintenance Easier

Fluke’s TiS Performance Series of infrared cameras includes a high-end, higher-resolution model. The new TiS75 features manual focusing and captures professional-quality images on its 3.5-inch, 320 x 240-pixel screen. The rugged infrared camera can be used to wirelessly upload images to Fluke CloudTM to securely store and manage images, potentially reducing administrative time back in the office.

Fluke Connect® allows reports to be created and emailed from the jobsite, eliminating the need to return to the office to process reports. With picture-in-picture mode and AutoBlendTM of visible and infrared light at five preset levels, IR-Fusion® technology provides quick analysis

It provides one-touch image access, eliminating the need to navigate through a menu to view images. Thousands of images can be stored on its 4 GB internal memory and 4 GB removable SD card. The Fluke TiS Performance Series is designed to work with the Fluke Connect® system, the industry’s largest software and wireless test tool system, allowing technicians to wirelessly transmit measurement data from their test tools to their smartphones for secure storage on the Fluke Connect Cloud and team access from the field. The Fluke Connect app can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play. Fluke TiS Performance Series Infrared Cameras now come in nine models: five with fixed focus and four with manual focus.

Key features include:

  • Voice annotation – For each thermal image, users can record up to 60 seconds of voice annotation.
  • Notes on IR-Photos – When analyzing results, users can include visible light photos in the thermal image file as a reference.
  • Asset Tagging – enables users to automatically organize and file thermal images by scanning a QR code on an asset. By saving measurements directly from the camera and associating them with the asset record, this eliminates data-entry errors.
  • The TiS75+thermal imager is dust and water resistant (IP54) and can withstand a two-meter drop.
  • It is powered by a lithium-ion rechargeable battery and can be used continuously for up to three and a half hours.
  • Users can also create their own color alarms by specifying a maximum and minimum temperature threshold to highlight a specific hot spot or area of interest.

The Fluke TiS75 provides even more functionality. The large field of view allows users to capture the entire scene, even in tight spaces. It can also record up to five minutes of radiometric video to see how temperatures change over time. In addition to detecting hot spots, the TiS75 thermal camera uses a new dew point calculation feature to detect areas at risk of moisture damage. The camera will display the dew point color alarm once it has been calculated. Everything the camera sees that is at or below the dew point temperature will be displayed as a thermal image. Everything mentioned above will be displayed as a visual light image. Users can easily identify where condensation is occurring, as well as see on a scale how far objects are below the dew point.

The TiS75 thermal imagers enable maintenance teams to leave bulky clipboards and notebooks behind in favor of a wireless, one-step measurement transfer. Thermal imagers are quick and simple to use, giving customers the confidence to make maintenance decisions based on robust and traceable data, ensuring factory equipment has maximum uptime.
